1. Agreement and acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PassGram applications, the web app at web.zpas.org, the public website at zpas.org, and any related features made available to you (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service for an organisation, you are agreeing on its behalf and you confirm that you have the authority to do so.
2. One set of rules for everyone
The same Terms apply to every user in every country. We do not offer secret terms, special exceptions for particular people, or different treatment based on who you are. Where local law gives you rights that these Terms cannot remove, those rights remain yours.
3. Who can use PassGram
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to use online services without parental consent, whichever is higher.
- You must be able to form a binding contract with us and must not be barred from using the Service under any applicable law.
- If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you and remains responsible for your use of the Service.
4. Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account. That includes keeping your credentials, devices and recovery key safe, and ending sessions you no longer recognise. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep it up to date, and to tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may not share your account, sell it, or let another person use it. We will never ask for your master password, recovery key, one-time codes or session tokens. Anyone who asks for them is trying to deceive you.
4.1 Signing in on new devices
Some sign-in methods may ask you to confirm access from a device already signed in to your account. Follow the expiry and approval details shown in the app. Approve only requests you started and recognise. Do not share one-time codes, QR approvals, passwords, recovery keys, or session tokens.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and with respect for others. You must not:
- break any law or infringe anyone’s rights, including intellectual-property and privacy rights;
- harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate or exploit other people, or send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
- upload or share content that sexually exploits children, promotes terrorism or violent extremism, or facilitates serious harm;
- probe, scan or test the Service for vulnerabilities without our written permission, except under our responsible disclosure rules on the Security page;
- attempt to bypass rate limits, access another person’s account, or interfere with the Service, our systems or other users;
- use bots, scrapers or automated tools other than through the official developer API and within its limits;
- reverse engineer the apps except where the law expressly permits it;
- use the Service to build a competing product by copying our interface, branding or non-public materials.
6. Your content
You own the content that you create and store with PassGram. You give us only the limited permission needed to host, back up, sync and transmit it so that the Service works for you, and for no other purpose. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to routine backup cycles.
You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to it. Encrypted content cannot be read by us; this means that we are not able to review it, and also that we cannot recover it for you if you lose your keys.
7. Our intellectual property
The Service, including the software, design, text, graphics, logos and the names PassGram and Z Pass, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the apps for their intended purpose. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our property to you.
If you send us feedback or ideas, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation, but we will never publish your name or private content without your permission.
8. Plans, payments and renewals
PassGram offers a free plan and paid plans, currently called Plus and Pro. Features and limits for each plan are described in the app and on the website at the time you subscribe.
- Price and billing period. The price, currency, billing period, and whether a purchase renews are shown before you confirm checkout. Those checkout details form part of your purchase.
- Payment provider. A third-party payment provider processes payment. Its own terms and privacy notice also apply. PassGram does not ask you to send payment-card details in chat or support messages.
- Cancellation and renewal. If checkout states that a plan renews, the renewal schedule and cancellation method will be shown there or in your account. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid a later charge. Cancellation does not normally refund a period already started, except where applicable law or the checkout terms say otherwise.
- Refunds and taxes. Refunds, statutory cancellation rights, and taxes are handled according to applicable law and the terms shown at checkout.
- Plan changes. Paid features and limits are those displayed in the app or checkout when you purchase. We will give notice where required before material changes to a paid plan.
9. Personal accounts and devices
PassGram plans and accounts are personal unless a specific product screen expressly says otherwise. You are responsible for devices and sessions connected to your account. You can use the available device controls to review or end sessions. Do not use another person’s account without their permission.
10. Developer API, bots and AI features
Where developer API or bot features are made available, you must follow the documentation, technical limits and safety requirements shown for the feature. Keep API keys and bot tokens confidential, store them only in systems you control, and never place them in browser code, public repositories, screenshots or messages. You are responsible for activity performed with your credentials. Tell us promptly if you believe a credential has been exposed; we may limit or revoke access to protect the Service and its users.
AI tools and generated content
PassGram may offer optional features that use artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems (“AI Features”). These Terms apply to those features in addition to any notices or controls presented in the product. An AI Feature may not be available in every app, region or account, and its availability, limits and supported tasks may change. Unless a feature is expressly described as doing so, submitting a prompt does not authorize PassGram to send a message, make a purchase, change account settings or take another external action for you.
You are responsible for the text, files, questions and other material you choose to submit (“Inputs”). Before submitting an Input, make sure you have the rights and permission to use it. Do not submit information you are not entitled to share, another person’s confidential material, or highly sensitive information unless the feature explicitly supports that use and you have reviewed its in-product privacy notice. Do not use AI Features to violate law, infringe rights, harass people, create deceptive impersonations, facilitate fraud, produce malicious code, or bypass the safeguards and limits of the Service.
AI systems can produce incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or misleading results. Generated text is provided as assistance, not as a verified statement of fact, professional advice, or a substitute for your own judgment. Review important results before relying on, publishing or acting on them, and independently verify facts, calculations, citations and recommendations. You remain responsible for decisions and actions you take based on an output.
If an AI Feature uses an external model or service, the product will provide applicable information about that feature and its processing. The external provider may also have terms and privacy practices that apply. Do not assume that an AI conversation is confidential or privileged unless the feature explicitly says so. We may apply usage limits, safety checks and abuse prevention, and may pause or disable an AI Feature when needed to protect users or comply with law.
Questions or feedback specifically about PassGram AI Features may be sent to AI@ZPAS.ORG. Do not include passwords, recovery keys, sign-in codes, payment details or private tokens in your message.
11. Third-party services
The Service may link to or work with third-party products, such as app stores, payment processors and identity providers. Those services have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them. Your use of them is at your own discretion.
12. Availability, changes and beta features
We work hard to keep PassGram available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, add or remove features, and we may offer preview or beta features that are provided as they are and may change or end without notice. When a change materially reduces something you have paid for, we will give reasonable notice and a fair remedy.
13. Suspension and termination
You can stop using PassGram and delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if your account is used in a way that threatens other people or the Service, or if we are required to by law. Where it is safe and lawful to do so, we will tell you the reason and give you the chance to export your content before the account is closed.
14. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not make any warranty that it will meet every need, be uninterrupted, or be free of errors, and we disclaim all implied warranties such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some places do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of these may not apply to you.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PassGram and the people who run it will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty US dollars.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that the law says cannot be excluded.
16. Your responsibility
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.
17. Governing law and disputes
We will try to resolve disputes informally if you contact us first. These Terms do not take away consumer rights or legal protections that apply where you live. Any governing-law or venue rule applies only to the extent permitted by mandatory local law.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material we will tell you in advance through the app or another prominent method. If you keep using the Service after the change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to them, you can close your account.
19. General
- Entire agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
- Severability: if a part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
- No waiver: if we do not enforce a right immediately, we have not given it up.
- Assignment: you may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a business change with notice to you.
